What materials do I need for beginner courses?
Start with floral scissors, twine, a water-safe vessel, flower food, and tape. We list extras in each course details section.
Do I get lifetime access?
Yes. Your enrollment grants access to videos, updates, and worksheets for the lifetime of the course platform.
Are your methods foam-free?
We teach primarily foam-free techniques and explain when and how to choose sustainable alternatives for mechanics.
Do you offer certificates?
Upon finishing graded checkpoints, you can download a completion certificate. It reflects skills practiced but is not an accredited diploma.
What is your refund policy?
If a course is not a fit, contact us within 14 days and before completing more than 25% of lessons for a full refund.
How accessible are your courses?
Every video includes captions and transcripts. We are happy to provide large-print worksheets upon request.
